Thrilling 3-D Art: Make a Tin Foil Figure

In this one-time class, learners will create a fun three-dimensional figure using tin foil and give it a playful look by including a pose and corresponding shadow.
Class experience
In this class that meets one time, students will get to create their own tin foil figure sculpture by learning about how to cut and shape a sheet of tin foil, taking it from 2-D to 3-D. From there, students can choose how to customize their project by choosing a pose for their figure and a color for their base. -Tin foil (only a sheet is needed for the project, but it may be helpful to have some extra just in case) -Half sheet of colored construction paper of your choice -Black marker -Scissors -Super glue or hot glue gun -Heavy card stock or small piece of cardboard slightly larger than the colored half-sheet of construction paper -Tape
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
