Description
Class Experience
Students will hone in on social skills like teamwork and collective problem solving. There are also some Greek Mythological undertones in this particular adventure.
I don't believe this is a sensitive or high risk topic, but I have been playing D&D for several years now, and have run several games.
No homework will be assigned
12 files available upon enrollmentWhile I will be supplying pre-made characters, it would be a good idea for each student (or household in the case of multiple participants) to have a copy of the Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Player's Handbook. This is an incredible, all but essential resource for anyone looking to play and understand how to play D&D. It is also not required to have a set of D&D dice, as I am a proper dice goblin myself and can roll for players. However, it's never too early or late to start collecting the pretty math rocks!
2 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Dungeons and Dragons games vary widely on content, and can go from zero mature content to vastly mature. While running any games on Outschool, I will be staying far from all mature stuff. It does involve violence, as D&D is known for combat as well as role-playing, but I won't be using any grotesque, visceral descriptions of things.
