We start every class with a body, voice, and face warm up, fun game, and "get to know you" questions before diving into acting practice! 🎭 S C H E D U L E 🎭 -Class 1: We will discuss different acting methods and practice the 3 different types of characters. -Class 2: We will practice realism acting and discuss how to cry and laugh on cue. -Class 3: We will discuss and practice many different voices and focus on voice acting. -Class 4: Students will select a monologue to memorize and rehearse. We will perform these during the last week of class. -Class 5: We will practice our monologues and give feedback and ideas to each other. -Class 6: Students will perform their monologues. We will spend the rest of the class playing fun improv games! We are going to have a blast learning about some new acting skills. See you in class!

Students will gain skills in their acting ability, understand new methods of acting, gain realism skills, and feel confident enough to perform in front of others!

We will be practicing scenes and monologues from popular movies that may have to do with relationships, death, and popularity.
