A theatre course for intermediate actors with some experience that will allow them to grow in their skills and build confidence through improv games, character voices, and more!

Class Experience

  • Students will gain skills in their acting ability, understand new methods of acting, gain realism skills, and feel confident enough to perform in front of others!
🎭 C R E D E N T I A L S 🎭
-Degree in Theatre Arts and Education
-Two years experience in a classroom setting
-Directed shows for different ages
-Performed in multiple shows with experience in singing, dancing, and technical design
1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Mastery Evaluation
Frequency: 1-2 throughout the class
Feedback: included
Details: Students will be given a monologue to work on and memorize outside of class. They will be short and given 3 days before performance day.
Grading
Frequency: 1 after class completion
Details: Students will perform the monologue they chose!
We will be practicing scenes and monologues from popular movies that may have to do with relationships, death, and popularity.
