In this one-time class, we will discuss what The Magna Carta is, and how it applies to your Fundamental Human Rights, and to Democracy itself.

We will explore the significance of The Magna Carta, its history, and the present-day implications it has upon citizens and governments alike.

Students will be encouraged to ask questions and join in on the discussion with myself (Pamela) and with each other.

No prior experience or knowledge is required.

I always teach the class, even if there is only one learner enrolled, so please do not worry about the cancellation of my classes if you should receive an automated email from Outschool stating that the class might be canceled if enrolment is too low.

When applicable, I may screen share slides from Google Slides, and I may screen share YouTube.

Whilst I can give a lecture, I prefer to interact with learners as much as possible, therefore I prefer to use a whiteboard when necessary as opposed to slides when it is practical to do so.

Any written material that I display will also be spoken.

This class is designed to be an introduction to learning the law.

If your learner enjoys this class, then other more in-depth classes regarding the law are listed under my teacher profile.
