This five week class will teach your child A-E, E-E, I-E, O-E, and U-E. By the end of the class, your child should be able to read and spell one syllable Vowel-Consonant-E words.
I have over 150 hours of Orton Gillingham based training in reading strategies specifically targeted to dyslexic students. (Which are beneficial to all beginning readers.) I have been a dyslexia specialist for twelve years in the public school setting and have privately tutored students for the past fifteen years.
Homework Offered
Short optional assignments will be provided to reinforce learning.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
I will send home optional assignments for your child to complete that will demonstrate their understanding of VCE Syllables. Parents can send a picture of their child's work for me to check and give feedback.Grades Offered
