Beginner - Intermediate Level
In this one-on-one virtual baking class, students will learn to make authentic French macarons with expert guidance from start to finish. We'll cover key techniques such as macaronage, piping, baking, and filling, ensuring students understand the science behind perfect macarons. Along the way, we'll troubleshoot common mistakes and learn tips for achieving consistent results. The class is structured as a live, interactive session where students will follow along in real-time as they bake their own batch of macarons. We’ll start with ingredient preparation, then move step by step through the macaron-making process, with opportunities for personalized feedback and questions throughout. Our chefs use a hands-on teaching style, focused on practical skills and clear demonstrations. Students will be able to ask questions, get immediate feedback, and discuss any challenges they encounter during the process. In addition to live instruction, we share screen slides for visual cues, and students will have access to video clips to reinforce key techniques after the live class. This is a highly interactive experience where we’ll communicate consistently via video and discussion throughout the entire session.
