This is a 25 minute beginners fitness dance class where students will learn simple moves. This is a great way to get your kid up and moving and using their energy in a positive way. The class starts with a warm-up stretch, next the students will learn the moves, then we put it all together in a fun fitness dance, and finally we end with a cool-down stretch and breathing exercise. The theme is "Little Jitter Bugs" so some of the moves will mimic ways some bugs and insects move such as: "The Wiggle Worm", "The Butter Fly", and "The cocoon".
Learning Goals
Learners will learn basic fitness dance moves tailored to the age group. Students will improve their health and fitness levels through stretching, moving, and breathing exercises.
Other Details
Supply List
Please make sure the learner has an open space and wears comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Make sure he/she is hydrated and has a water bottle and a towel nearby. Learners will be allowed to get a drink or wipe sweat as needed during class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
