Parents can assist with gathering materials before class if needed. Also, since this class is intended for young learners, it is recommended that the parent sits nearby and/or teach your child to push the UNMUTE/MUTE button. This will cut down on any unwanted background noise and allow the class to run as smooth as possible! Safety during Movement Break: Students will need space to jump! Please be aware of potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand) as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised. The movement break can always be modified to staying in the chair and seated if necessary.
