Why do we do some of the things that we do? Why do our emotions make us act the way that we do? Why do we think the way that we do? Psychology plays an important role throughout our daily lives. Psychology is the study of human behavior and is a part of the sciences. Each week in this class, we will explore the many different types of psychology, gain a better understanding of psychology, and learn about some of the most famous psychologists within the field, personality theories, and the different career paths within the field of psychology. This course will have no formal textbook, but students will be requested to read articles and complete activities that have been messaged each week.
