In this one time class we will discuss the emotions we feel and strategies to handle them.
Class experience
In this class we will cover feelings that students can face everyday. Some emotions are really easy to handle and some emotions require learning new strategies. We will talk about happy, sad, mad, frustrated, tired, excited, and proud. In the class we will start with an introduction and a basic feelings check in.
