You can get go this or can go with that, The Choice is Yours! What do you do when your faced with making a big decision? What do you consider? What do you feel? Who do you discuss it with? Join me for an engaging workshop which includes a team activity, video clip, and discussion on the decision making process. Lets learn who or what influences your decisions, consequences, and how to assess your decision after you have made one. Worksheet will be used during this workshop and provided to students prior to class for participation.

I have Masters in the fields of both Criminal Justice and Public Administration. I have worked in the field of public safety for over 15 years. I am a certified defensive tactics and group fitness instructor. I love to run long distance, ride bike, and teach personal development workshops.
