In this one-time course, we will explore the human brain! We will learn about the different parts of the brain and their functions. This class discusses the basic parts of the brain and their main functions*. The class will be taught in an informative lecture style. Students will be given a worksheet to fill out while following along during class. At the end of the class, students will be given a short, fun quiz in a group setting. * This class is an introductory lesson and will cover the basics of parts of the brain. This class is perfect for students without prior knowledge of parts of the brain or those who need a review.
Learning Goals
By the end of class, students will know the names of the different parts of the brain and understand their basic functions.
