We will share (clean and appropriate) jokes and riddles with classmates. Each student is encouraged to engage in conversation and discussion that will give different perspectives on each joke or riddle. Students will be given the opportunity to share at least two each day. Some of the riddles could even be presented in game form. This class is taught using Zoom, and it will be a very relaxed and fun experience. I hope that lots of lasting friendships will emerge and that a smile will always be present on the face of each student!

Teacher expertise and credentials
I am a certified teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I enjoy watching students master concepts and the enthusiasm that I see in their eyes. My philosophy is that learning can always be fun, no matter what subject is involved. The classes that I teach include math, writing, art, and a preschool curriculum. I have worked with various age groups in public school and private school. My family decided about nine years ago to start the homeschool journey, where I taught both of my children. My son is currently a junior in college, and my daughter is a senior in high school. Another family member that I hold near and dear to my heart is my canine child, Orion. He is a shepherd/husky mix and full of energy.
