Class Experience
In this course, students will learn about all different types of energy production--clean and otherwise--from an actual nuclear engineer! Each week we will talk about a different energy production method and talk about how it works, the life cycle of the fuel, byproducts produced, and overall environmental effects of the particular energy production method. I have a Bachelor's in Nuclear Engineering, so in order to understand the economic and environmental aspects of nuclear power fully, it is important to understand all other energy production types also.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
