💙 WELCOME TO 𝓢𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓒𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝓟𝓵𝓪𝔂! 💙

♪ Please note that we meet for 25 mins for 5 days in a row; we take the weekend off, and then we meet for 5 more days in a row, again. Each day, we will practise the chords for the song we are learning and learn the strumming pattern. For best results in seeing success with learning new songs is practising the chord transitions during class and outside it.

♪ Please note that this is NOT a class for total beginners. Students will need experience of playing C Major, F Major, A minor, G Major, D Major chords on the ukulele OR on the guitar.

♪ ♪ Bonus ♪ ♪
Students will also receive sheets with colour coded chords, so it makes it easy for them to practise in their own time and get ready for a little family concert (why not?).

Pop songs that we will learn together:
→ Day 1: "Shake It Off"

→ Day 2: "You Belong With Me"

 → Day 3: "22"

→ Day 4: "Love Story" (***CAPO required)

→ Day 5: "I Knew You Were Trouble" (***CAPO required)

NO meetings on Saturday and Sunday.

→ Day 6: "ME!"

→ Day 7: "Mean" (***CAPO required)

→ Day 8: "Wildest Dreams" (***CAPO required)

→ Day 9: "Blank Space" (***CAPO required)

→ Day 10 (end of the club): "Fifteen"

♪ ♪ Please Note:
1. You will need a tuned instrument for this class.
2. We meet for 5 days in a row, starting on Monday. Weekend off. Then we will meet for 5 more days.

Learning Needs
🌟 This is an inclusive class. Children of all abilities and disabilities are welcome. Including ADHD, Autism, Emotional Learning Disabilities, & more. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your learner's needs!
Supply List
→ Learners will need a ukulele OR a guitar and a CAPO (Ukulele CAPO for the ukulele and a guitar CAPO for the guitar).

→ Please make sure that students need to have a TUNED instrument for each class.

→ Learners can use a pick, but it is not compulsory; I actually recommend the use of fingers for strumming/picking.

→ Please make sure you position the student, so I can see their BOTH hands when playing, ideally from the forehead to the waist, in a well-lit room. Ideally, the young learner can sit with their legs crossed on the floor, iPad/laptop on the floor at a slight angle pointing straight or downwards. Alternatively, the learner can sit on a chair, feet on the floor.

→ Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns.

→ The teacher will provide the songs and other files (strumming and chord sheets).
