***This is an intermediate level course: learners must have either taken my previous ASL classes (intro to ASL 1-4) or taken a comparable class elsewhere. In this 5-week course, your child will strengthen their conversational skills in American Sign Language. Learners will interact both with me, the instructor, as well as their fellow classmates. Each week we will review a different category of signs: Week one: Subjects: math, science, history, English, spelling, reading, writing,...
Students will increase their conversational skills in ASL.
There will be no homework assignments, however practicing and reviewing the signs each week will help your learner as we add new signs.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
