Talk, Sing, and Dance Like a Disney Star
Every week we will sing and dance to a different Disney Channel or Disney movie. Students will also get the chance to socialize and discuss their favorite Disney movies and shows.

This will be an ongoing dance class meeting once a week to get your child up and moving.
Students will have the chance to dance and sing to their favorite Disney Channel and Disney movies and tv shows. We will begin class by introducing ourselves and saying our favorite Disney character. Then I will lead the class in some warm ups. Next we will start dancing and getting active. I want to see the best freestyle moves. We may even learn a few basic moves to some of the songs.
This class is designed to get your kid to get up and move, burn some energy and have fun!
Students are encouraged to bring requests or let me know ahead a time and I will have the song ready.
Students will be able to socialize with others in the class talking about their favorite Disney movies and shows. We will talk about characters, songs and themes.
All students will learn important skills such as confidence, communication, and maybe even pick up some new dance moves.
Example of Weekly Schedule:
Week of March 4th - Select favorite songs and improv dances
Week of March 11th - Come up with dance moves
Week of March 18th - Select new songs or continue on with old songs and dance more
Week of March 25th - Dance finale - show off all your moves
This is a flexible schedule and each learner can dance at their own pace, come up with their own choreography or freestyle the entire class. If they just want to dance and not perform, that is okay too.

Parental Guidance
Students will active and moving. Please make sure they have a safe space to dance around in.
Keep in mind this is a dance class and with that can come injury. When signing up you do so at your own risk, should their be any injuries.
Supply List
Make sure students are dressed ready to dance. Also, students are encouraged to have a water bottle nearby to stay hydrated.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I minored in theatre at the University of Central Florida. I have done theatre for over 25 years and film for over 10 years. I have studied with film director, Mary Lou Belli and multiple actors. I have taken multiple dance classes including ballet, ballroom, and jazz.
