Homework
1 hour per week. Students should complete at least three activities a week (one activity from each section). Class Experience

This course is adapted from the fifteen-week version to make it perfect for busy schedules! It's the same material, just condensed into five weeks instead of fifteen.

This course will help students explore the concept of anger management by participating in activities that help them recognize and manage the feeling of anger. Content is distributed in five-week chunks under three main umbrellas addressing the why, what, and how of anger management. The teacher will post a slide deck each week with material addressing the specific topic of the week. This material is aimed to help students better understand what they’ll be focusing on throughout the week. Students will then be asked to complete at least one activity per topic each week as homework.

Week 1: This Is How Anger Feels, This Is What Anger Does, and How To Look Out For Anger
Week 2: Where Does The Anger Go?, What Else Can Anger Be?, and What Makes Me Feel Angry?
Week 3: Who Makes Me Feel Angry?, How Do I Show my Anger?, and When I Give Anger, What Do I Get Back?
Week 4: How Is My Anger Working For Me?, Who Can I Be If I’m Not Angry Me?, and What Do I Need When I Feel Angry?
Week 5: How Do I Tell People What I Need?, Other People Feel Angry Too, and The Choice Is Mine
