~If you remember Mad Libs from OUR day, we add the sentence elements to create a funny story. The same idea applies here, but students are more supported with a guided word box to choose from.
What's reviewed?
~Phonics review: blends, short & long vowels, final e, digraphs, hard & soft C and G
~Math review: odd & even numbers, basic shapes, addition & subtraction, number sentences, measurement, number patterns, telling time, identifying & counting coins, using calendars, and fractions
~Grammar, Vocabulary, & Writing review: onomatopoeia, prefixes, sensory words, word categories, homophones, plural s & es, nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, upper & lowercase letters, conjunctions, adverbs, prepositions, ending punctuation, contractions, comparative words, inflectional endings, and compound words

Verbs
Review verbs, find the verb in the sentence, sort the nouns and verbs, choose the correct verb for the picture, and write a verb Mad Lib story! 2 assignments
