Summer is the perfect time to learn how to sew! We'll learn how to operate a sewing machine, cut fabric, and by the end of camp you will have created a super-cute purse! We will meet twice a week, for two weeks (a total of 4 classes). How to operate a sewing machine - wind a bobbin, thread the machine, replace the needle, set up for various stitches. How to cut fabric correctly. How to do various stitches - straight stitch, edge finishing, zig zag, backstitch. How to assemble pattern pieces in order.
Homework Offered
