Hello learners and families! My name is Chris, and I am a music educator who teaches ukulele, piano, chorus, music theory, and music appreciation. I have taught elementary general music for four years and middle school chorus and general music for five years. My classes consist of lessons in ukulele and piano playing, songwriting, music technology, theory, and music reading. During the day time, I am a middle school teacher and an assistant marching band director. I received my Bachelor of Arts in music education from the University of Lynchburg in 2013 and am currently a graduate student at Boston University, furthering my studies in music education. I believe music should be a fun learning experience that everyone should enjoy. In my downtime I love to read and be outdoors with my friends.
