In this course, learners will practice subtraction strategies with me and other learners. We will be working on subtraction from 1-20 without regrouping. This class is perfect for first graders or any learner who can identify their numbers and count to 20. Learners will need paper and pencil or a white board and expo marker, so they can work out subtraction equations with me. Learners can also have any counters that may be available (but this is not a necessity). This class will also include a little bit of movement. Let’s subtract together!
