30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Students will experience a fun calm workout in this 30 minute class while moving to fun classical and contemporary songs! All fitness levels are encouraged. Each exercise will be done many times, and students will be encouraged to hug their stuffies throughout! There will also be a proper warm up and cool down! Students will listen to instrumental music while dancing, with breaks to check in. This is a one time class. Each day is a different routine, so we encourage you to sign up as many times as you like! Younger and older siblings are welcome! All songs will be instrumental. Learning Goals
The students will engage in fitness while having lots of fun and sharing their favourite stuffed animals! They will also learn how to stretch, during warm up and cool down exercises

Parental Guidance
Parents should ensure that all students have an open workout space. We suggest a wood floor and bare feet, but a carpeted floor could also work. Parents should ensure all students have access to water during the class. Students may prepare for the class with adequate stretching beforehand, and additional stretching will be taught at the start and end of every class. Injuries may occur is students do not have an open workout space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students working out without water or in a very warm room may become dehydrated or ill, so we ask that the workout room be a comfortable temperature.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Fitness has always been important to me. Over the years, I have taught children of all ages in yoga, dance and general cardio fitness. I believe fitness is important for health and mental well being. I have learned how to adapt to different age levels, as well as taught internationally.
