Lesson structure: - Introduction - The art of study technique - Study less and learn more - The art of memory - The importance of resting - Different environments for improved learning - Recommendations on books on the subject Structure of the class. Discussion, questions, instruction. It is recommended to start one of my classes in music at the same time or after a few lessons on study technique to practise on the new knowledge at the same time.
