This class will focus on study skills such as getting organized, limiting distractions, time management, study tips and how to make a study guide. The class will be taught in a positive and encouraging manner.
This interactive class will focus on key study skills. We will cover many topics including how to be organized, limiting distractions, time management, study tips, and how to make a study guide. This class will encourage students to take control of their studying by teaching them to come up with a study plan. One of the main points of this class is that it is better to study a little bit every day than to study all night before a big test.
The class will be taught in a positive and encouraging manner.
Learning Goals
The goal is that students will improve their study skills. With good study skills, students will have a more positive outlook towards school. They will have enjoy learning and do better in school.
