Class experience
We will raise our voices together with warm up vocal techniques, then each student will have their turn in the spotlight, singing a solo piece they have worked in class. In this informal setting, students will: - learn how to take a song selection to the performance level, memorizing lyrics and prepping for their individual performance - enjoy singing with a group - build confidence - learn how to be a supportive, polite audience member, cheering on the students and learning from the...
In preparing for their performance, students will strengthen their skills, learning techniques from Lenora on how to manage any performance nerves and will build their confidence in themselves that will flow into their daily lives!
Homework Offered
Students will memorize the lyrics for their selection and will practice their selection to ready it for performance.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
