This class is for beginning readers. It will have students entering the wonderful world of OA words. Students will learn that when two vowels are next to each other the first vowel makes a long sound while the second vowel is silent. Students will be able to practice applying the rule through fun reading activities. Each student is given the opportunity to practice each activity individually.

The goal is for each student to leave class with a better understanding of how to read oa vowel team words.Other Details

Hello, my name is Suzanne Diaz. Some years ago, I left practicing law to fuel my passion for teaching. I enjoy teaching children of all ages. I can teach a variety of different classes. I love teaching a preschooler letter sounds and then jumping right into helping a student write a proper essay. For the past seven years, I have worked in a classroom teaching both special and general education students. This experience has provided me with an extraordinary opportunity to teach all different types of learners.
