Teacher expertise and credentials
Doctoral Degree in Education from Liberty University
My oldest daughter is married to a Dane and has lived in Denmark for the past several years. I have spent much time there learning their customs, especially their custom of Hygge. In winter Denmark only enjoys 6 to 7 hours of daylight and its citizens have had to seek out ways to stay happy and healthy during their long winters. But, Hygge does not stop when Spring arrives. The Danish understand the importance of staying healthy and happy all year long and enjoy customs that help them enjoy each day no matter what time of year. This is what I would like to share with your student. For my full biography please see my profile.
