This is the second part of a series. Students will be taken from "Cat's Whiskers" to "Jacob's Ladder" and "Witch's Hat."

Students who sign up for this class should already be able to make "Cat's Whiskers" with string. If your student cannot, there is another class that will teach them that before they sign up for this one. It is called "String Tricks - Cat's Whiskers." This class with take students from "Cat's Whiskers" to "Jacob's Ladder" and "Witch's Hat." Students will need to bring string to class. It is suggested that their string be between 36 and 55 inches long. We will learn by doing and watching the teacher demonstrate the moves. This is excellent practice for fine motor skills. I graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I enjoy teaching people of all ages. I have experience teaching in a regular classroom, special-ed pull-out classroom, and gifted pull-out as well as 3 years of on-line teaching experience with two different ESL companies.
I have traveled to 49 of the 50 states and have lived in seven of them. I have also traveled in Central and South America, including a trip through the Panama Canal.
I love history, National Parks, data, traveling, music, and crafts.
Most of my experience has been teaching gifted elementary children in pull-out programs. I also can individualize instruction for the needs of your learner if you prefer 1:1 instruction.
