Students will learn various stretching techniques to improve flexibility, relaxation methods to calm the mind, and rejuvenating exercises to boost vitality.

How is my class structured?

The class is structured around the three pillars of stretching, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by a mix of stretching, relaxation, and rejuvenating activities, and ends with a cool-down period.

How will I teach?

Teaching methods include live demonstrations, interactive exercises, guided practice sessions, and discussions. Students are encouraged to ask questions, share their experiences, and actively participate in each session.

What's my teaching style?

My teaching style is engaging, supportive, and fun! I prioritize creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new techniques and connecting with their peers.

How much will learners get to interact with me and each other?

Learners will have ample opportunities to interact with me, the instructor, and their peers throughout each session. Interactions may include discussions, group activities, partner exercises, and sharing experiences.
