Give your dancer the flexibility and strength they need to be a healthy and successful dancer, acrobat or ice skater. Created and taught by a physical therapist and highly experienced former dancer and dance teacher your learner will love this class and feel results after just one class. This is my new extended 45 minute class that will include deep stretching and strength your learner will love! Each class starts with a warmup and then we move into strength and conditioning focused on the weekly theme. Each class the workout is tailored to the students who join. Every class is unique but covers the essentials that our dancers, acrobats and skaters need. Each learner is offered positive encouragement and feedback on form when needed. Rotating Weekly themes: Week of july 16: core strength Week of july 23: hip flexibility- splits! Week of july 30: leg strength Week of august 6: spinal flexibility- bridge and seal Week of august 13: core strength Week of august 20: hip flexibility- splits!

Parental Guidance
Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space. a mat is most comfortable and aim your learners camera at the mat so there form is visible to the teacher.
water bottles are also recommended!

Teacher expertise and credentials
Doctoral Degree from Cleveland State University
The teacher for this class has taught and performed dance for many years and has a BA in dance and doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist.
