In this one-time class, students will learn why they get stressed and what strategies they can use to minimize it.

Class experience

By the end of the course, students will identify sources of stress, as well as strategies for managing their stress. 
I work with many students who have ADHD and Autism, which also often is associated with signs and characteristics of anxiety. As a teacher. I see a lot of value in providing children  with tools to cope with these feelings.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
