What is stress? Why do we get stressed and what can we do about it? In this one-time course, learners about why we get stressed, what are the main causes of stress, and most importantly how to manage and relieve stress. Learners will be exposed to coping skills that they can use at home, school, and in the community. This course will be especially helpful for students who have a lot going on! I work with many students who have ADHD and Autism, which also often is associated with signs and characteristics of anxiety. As a teacher. I see a lot of value in providing children with tools to cope with these feelings.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
