This is a wonderful class for your learner to do either on his/her own or together with siblings/parents. Each lesson includes an entertaining and engaging video in which your learner can experience fun movement activities* while we travel on our imaginary journey to the treehouse, using our listening ears to try to figure out sounds we hear and use our other senses. Once we are at our treehouse, we will meet Fairytale Fern and listen to her read a story with our favorite stuffed animal. Many optional printables will be available to extend the learning after each video or whenever you deem the best. Not only will your learner have fun and want to do these activities over and over, but throughout this class, your learner will: 1.) Learn about our 5 senses. Learning about the five senses also helps children know more about their bodies and explore how they can control their body parts while acquiring vocabulary to describe how things look, hear, taste, feel or sound. 2.) Use his/her imagination, which is essential for a child's development. This fosters creativity, social skills, cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, and a sense of self. 3.) Improve self-regulation 4.) Improve listening skills 5.) Improve gross motor skills 6.)
