I love teaching elementary age students and I'm especially fond of math. I am also very passionate about student voice.

I attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in School Leadership. I have my Administrator's License as well as an Instructional Coaching Certificate.

I know that all students can learn and I work hard to help student reach their full potential. I have worked in a variety of environments serving a wide range of students. I know that everyone learns differently and I work hard to use the most effective strategies for each learner.

When I am not teaching I am working on my student activism program called My Voice. I enjoy blogging and creating materials for teachers on TPT. I love hanging out with my husband, baby boy & yorkie. I also thoroughly enjoy running, yoga and coffee :).
