During each class, I'll read 2-3 children's books (depending on the length of the books). Some of those books that we'll be reading together will be:

As learners show interest, we'll spend a little time talking about the stories and things that interest us. I will often read a few minutes past the scheduled end of class, as I don't want to abruptly stop if we're in the middle of reading a book.

Note: I have about a 10-week "rotation," which means that I will start re-reading some of the same stories in my personal library about every 10 weeks or so. I do periodically add new books to my library and I also take requests.
