In this one-time class we will read "Harold and the Purple Crayon" and other Crockett Johnson favorites, tell a story drawing our own shapes, lines and letters just like Harold and engage in themed letter, number and color activities.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about the colors like purple, letter sounds like "P" and practice creating lines, shapes and pictures inspired by the drawing we see in out stories.
1 file available upon enrollmentBring a purple crayon to class...or a crayon that's your child's favorite color for line and shape drawing practice and print out a few copies of the attached drawing page.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Because of the age of the class, parents are encouraged to remain within "ear-shot" of their little one to help with unexpected audio and/or video hiccups.
