Step by Step Art Creations: Kawaii Food Doodles 4!

Due to popular demand I'm back with a part 4 of my Kawaii Food Doodle class! Just like the first 3 editions, in this class I walk my students through step by step instructions on how to draw and color all new adorable kawaii food creatures.

Class Experience

Through out our hour class time, I break each drawing down into steps and we go through them all, one at a time. By the time we get through the final step, students will have fully completed an adorable Kawaii Food Doodle!

In my classes I never want my students to feel rushed, so I allow them to draw at their own pace. Once ready, I ask each student to give me a thumbs-up when they are ready so we can all move on together. This method ensures no one falls behind or becomes overwhelmed while learning and creating their artwork! During class students will also be able to work on their creative individuality. Everyone will start with the same design and then will be shown different variations on how they can individualize their artwork. At the end of class, we will compare works to gain new perspectives, and ideas for future drawings.
Learning Goals
It’s my hope that after each class my students will gain more confidence in their drawing abilities as well as, self expression, creative thinking, and basic color theory.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have taken many online, and in-classroom drawing, painting, and art theory classes that have taught me several drawing/painting styles and techniques that I now apply to my classes. I also have seven younger siblings, and also have a lot of nanny experience. The kids I have cared for, my siblings included, have all enjoyed, and benefited from my knowledge of drawing, painting, and art. Having been around children my entire life, I have acquired the patience and positive demeanor necessary to teach young students to draw step by step with a smile. It is a good way for kids to hone in on their artistic and creative potential, while defining their individual aesthetic.
