You will be assigned tasks each day to be able to complete the mission. We will learn what it takes to be a successful spy, learn about tools you can use to learn and have fun. Each class will help prepare you for the final mission on the last day of class. Join us!

Your purpose, if you chose to accept, will be to have fun with new friends, learn how to be a Junior Spy through hands-on STEAM challenges! We will have a discussion, a short video clip, and daily challenges. We will have lots more in each class. We will practice the 4 C's of STEM learning through Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication, and Collaboration.

This is a brief overview of our week.
Day 1: Welcome to the Junior STEAM Spy Club. We will gather intel about the mission and begin to prepare our tools to be successful. We will start by learning how to decode messages.

Day 2: We will prepare invisible ink and write secret messages. Using a few household ingredients will give you the tool you need to keep your message a secret from prying eyes! There is more than one way to write a secret message. We will look at two different ways.

Day 3: We will learn about fingerprints. Why we have them and what makes them so unique! We will discover how to take our own too! We will learn how to blend into our environment and use tools to help. Spies need to be able to hide in plain sight! We will create different disguises and share our ideas. We will also develop tools to help us with our mission.

Day 4: We will use all the skills, tools, and secrets we have learned over the week to complete a mission! Do you have what it takes to complete the mission?
