Class Experience

St. Patrick's Day is coming up March 17th. Lets read a story about St. Patrick's Day; There was an old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover by Lucille Colandro. After reading the story of the Little Old Lady, we will make a craft for St. Patrick's Day. The craft will be a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, just like the book. The craft will teacher lead, so that each learner can see and participate in making the craft together.

Hello! My name is Nicole Dutzy. I have been a teacher for over 10 years. I taught Kindergarten and second grade. I have bachelor's in Early Childhood Education as well as a Masters in Educational Technology. Teaching students to love to school is a passion of mine.
I will be offering classes:
Literacy skills focus ages 5-9. We will start each class with a book. We can learn so many things from a book. These literacy skills will taken us from Kindergarten to the end of first grade.
Circle time for ages 4-6. We will read a book, talk about the calendar, weather, math, and holidays.
Get Ready for Kindergarten Math 4-6. We will improve our math skills for kindergarten with hands on learning.

When I am not teaching I am with my family. I am married and have two boys ages 7 and 8 and a daughter who is 2. We are riding bikes, going to the park, playing baseball, or soccer.
