In this one-time class, learners will practice their counting skills. Learners can use small counters (buttons, beans, etc.) to count along with the teacher. We will work on counting different objects, responding to questions and adding up small totals. There will be various exercises to practice counting totals. The teacher will prompt the learners on the total to count and the learners will use their counters to count out the number. We will use shared screen to show learners prompts and Springtime pictures.

Parental Guidance
Please make sure that learner has enough space to lay out objects for counting. We will be using small objects to count, please ensure that your child can handle them appropriately.
Supply List
Learners will need 20 objects to count. Below are a few examples of appropriate objects. If you have any questions, please let me know prior to class. Examples: - buttons - beads - beans - uncooked pasta noodles - pennies - plastic counters/chips

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
