US Grade Preschool
This 6 day has class will focus on a different Science topic related to Spring each day. We will be making slime, play-dough and a water cycle as well as, painting! This class will allow students to be creative while learning about Spring! We will discuss Spring and what we create. We will also be counting, adding, and practicing letters. Day 1: Flowers. Today, we will learn about different flowers and how flowers grow. Are flowers different than plants? We will also do some addition and spelling/letter practice with letters Day 2: The water cycle. Today, we will learn about the water cycle and why it's important. We will be making our own water cycle! This week we will count and practice letters with raindrops. Day 3: Bugs. Today, we will learn about different types of bugs. Are bugs friendly? Are there any cute bugs? We will discuss if we like bugs or are afraid of bugs too. Day 4: Baby animals. Today, we will learn what different baby animals are called and where they live. Day 5: Play-dough and Slime compare and contrast. Today, we will make play-doh and slime and discuss the differences. Day 6: Dying eggs. Today, we will dye eggs and use colored water to make a painting. After we dye the eggs, we will make a salt painting.

Day 1: Paper and something to draw with Day 2: Water, ziplock bag, a window with sunlight Day 3: Paper and something to draw with Day 4: Paper and something to draw with Day 5: Flour (gluten-free flour or cornstarch may be used as well), salt, water, a bowl, spoon, cups to measure, and food coloring or paint. Day 6: Eggs, food coloring, water, cups, spoons, salt, glue, paintbrush and construction paper.
