Hi! I'm so glad you're here! This Spring Things Play Doh class will be a social class discussing, examining, and creating spring items out of play dough. No prior knowledge is needed! Students will need play dough varying in colors. The class will begin with discussing spring and things we find in spring, and how we could possibly build them. We will then move into looking at pictures of different snowmen. Lastly, we will create our own spring things out of play dough! We will take the...
Students will be using tactile skills to build their play doh creations as well descriptive language in the discussion of their final projects.
I am a certified elementary school teacher.
Varying colors of play doh.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Play doh may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease.
