Hey there, I’m Elizabeth Green, founder of My Speech and Debate Coach.
I’m honored to lead a small team of teachers passionate about helping kids become confident and effective communicators.
We’re proud to have been named **Outschool’s Best In Class in both 2023 and 2024!**
Our teachers hold Bachelor’s degrees in communications-focused fields like Broadcast Journalism, Theater, and Public Relations. We’ve won numerous awards and national titles in public speaking and debate.
But most importantly, we understand what it feels like to be nervous speaking in front of others, and how life-changing it is to overcome that fear. Each of us went through shy stages as children until we had that one teacher who believed in us and helped build our confidence, leading us to public speaking competitions and even careers in communications!
✨ Our goal is to BE that teacher for your child.
Whether it’s having the courage to stand up and spell an unknown word in a spelling bee, write and deliver compelling lines from a play, craft an effective impromptu speech, seal the deal in a debate tournament with a persuasive closing round, or just having a conversation with someone new, we’re here to guide and cheer them on.
