This Class is a subscription based (ongoing) year-long Spanish class for intermediate students ages 10 and older. This is a highly interactive class where students are expected to participate in the activities to practice the language. They are also encouraged to keep their cameras on as much as possible. One year of prior knowledge is suggested to fully enjoy the experience. GOALS AND DESCRIPTION (Content might be modified based on the needs of the students) Students will learn and practice the following communicative functions: Week 1: Describing yourself, your friends and family. Week 2: Talking about what you can do in city or neighborhood. Week 3: Talking about your hobbies and interests. Week 4: Talking about last weekend and next weekend. Week 5: Describing a typical school day. Week 6: Making after school plans with a friend. Week 7: Talking about a past trip. Week 8: Describing how you help at home, comparing obligations, and giving excuses. Week 9: Talking about when you were younger. Week 10: Explaining the qualities of a good friend. Week 11: Talking about a person you respect and admire. Week 12: Describing situations why I might disagree with friends.
