▬▬▬▬▬▬ ⭐Course Overview⭐ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ In this course, students will learn and practice Spanish language skills as well as fundamental concepts such as days of the week, months of the year, reading and writing the date, numbers, colors, shapes, counting, number order, letter names and sounds, and rhyming. This class is designed to provide an engaging and interactive learning experience for students, with the use of visual aids such as slides, hand gestures, facial expressions, voice intonation, and body movements. The instructor will incorporate various teaching methods such as chanting, singing, and call and response to help students retain the information effectively. By the end of this course, students will have a solid foundation in the Spanish language with basic concepts. This, coupled to her ample linguistic experience as a professional Spanish translator, interpreter, and proofreader are the reasons behind Dr. Scarborough’s superb reading, writing and linguistic skills in Spanish. In fact, it is her deep love and knowledge of Spanish grammar, and a genuine vocation of service, which thoroughly inform all her teaching and allow her to provide all her Spanish students with a highly professional and effective Spanish language immersion learning experience.

Teaches: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, English and Arabic
Mr. Lounis is a proud polyglot and teaches 6 languages. Lounis graduated with a degree in Interpreting and Translation. Lounis began his teaching career preparing many students for different tests such as the TOEIC. Lounis intends on teaching the four basic language skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening) as well as language test preparation. Lounis enjoys going for walks, cooking, playing soccer, watching movies, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to meeting all his students!
