What will be taught? This class is for socializing but we will have a chance to explore some Spanish vocabulary words associated to the Christmas holiday. What topics will you cover? A variety of Christmas related Spanish words. -Navidad -Muñeco de Nieve -Árbol de Navidad -Ornamentos -Corona -Galletas de Jengibre -Trineo -Regalos How is your class structured? Introductions Show and Tell Games Open Conversation How will you teach? Maestra Zia will lead each activity, prompt the conversations and supervise them. What's your teaching style? Maestra Zia is a happy teacher who prides herself in encouraging student participation by creating a positive classroom environment. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? This is a social class and students are encouraged to speak freely. A variety of activities will be done where they will have the opportunity to express themselves and interact with one another. Any required experience or knowledge learners need? None This class will be conducted at a beginner level. But, intermediate students are encouraged to join us in the fun.
