Hola! In this fun Spanish for Beginners class, we will learn the alphabet, the numbers, distinct phonetic sounds, and how to greet people in Spanish. Each class will cover a new topic. Learners will develop and practice core language concepts through games, songs, and various other interactive activities. Since this is a beginner course, no prior knowledge of Spanish is required, the class will be taught in English, so come join in on the fun! Lesson 4 Week of August 12 The numbers 0-10 Lesson 5 Week of August 19 The alphabet and the vowels in Spanish. Lesson 6 Week of August 26 The initial sounds and blended syllables in Spanish. Lesson 7 Week of September 2 The initial sounds and blended syllables in Spanish. Lesson 8 Week of September 9 The initial sounds and blended syllables in Spanish. Patrisha studied Spanish and French Linguistics in Concordia University. She has experience in 1-on-1 tutoring with children between ages 8-10 years old. Her formal education is in European Spanish but is proficient in Latin American Spanish. Her favourite way to study the language is by watching television shows and listening to the diverse range is Spanish music. Apart from that, her other hobbies include design, photography & coding.
