Teacher expertise and credentials
I am a Bilingual Spanish teacher credentialed in California. I got my Spanish Lit bachelor's degree in UCSD and my teaching credential in SDSU back in 2000. I am also a certified Master Signing Time instructor and an Etiquette Factory Educator. I switched to online teaching and private instruction when I decided to home-school my children 10 years ago. I have taught Spanish, ESL, ASL, Reading, Etiquette, Music and Math. I have lived half of my life in Mexico and half in the USA. In fact, I currently live in both sides of the border. Spanish is my native language and teaching it is my passion. Being able to be in this platform and teach what I am passionate about is a true blessing. I am so excited to be here and reach all kids, specially the ones that are home-schooled, from all over the world. I strongly believe that learning should be fun, engaging, practical and exciting. This is why I incorporate Music, Creative Visual Aids and Games in ALL my classes. I want your children to learn in a relaxed and fun filled environment. I can't wait to meet your family soon.-Teacher Jessica
