Class Experience

If you loved my first space camp then you will really enjoy my second space camp! In this class, we will learn more about space. We will learn more about space and the universe. In this multi-class you will learn all about:

Day 1: Plants vs. Dwarf planets

Day 2: Moon phases

Day 3: Stars and constellations.

Day 4: Astronauts life in space 

Day 5: Comets, Asteroids, Black holes

Day 6: Race to Space! How it all started.

Each day will have an after-class activity to do. There will be fun games and interactions as children are encouraged to ask questions and talk with their peers about different theories they have about space.

Learning Goals

In this class the student will learn more about space! 

Each week will will have a different topic. Students are encouraged to ask questions and speak about space with each other.

Hello, friends, and welcome! My name is Teacher Ashley. Let me tell you a bit about me!

Teaching is my passion. I am fully qualified to teach English and early elementary school. I have been teaching for 8 years privately and online for 2 years. I have experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, complete beginners, and children of all ages. I started my teaching journey by teaching students in China, France, and Panama, how to speak English. With the rise of the pandemic, I moved my classes online and began teaching students my academic curriculum from preschool to third grade.

I love to motivate my students and make learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I always aim to make my classes comfortable and allow my students to express themselves and have more talk time to build confidence. I always come prepared with props and toys that relate to my student’s interests. You might say that I am Elsa and Spidermans biggest fans!

My lessons are always energetic, filled with engaging activities, and most importantly, my classes are beneficial to my students. I use various teaching strategies, props, flashcards, and fun games. All of my tools can be used for online learning or in person. I teach using TPR (Total Physical Response) and Communicative Approach to better conduct my student’s experience.

My mission is to make sure that all of your child’s learning needs will be met. I make this possible through the curriculum I designed, proper preparation, and interaction with my students.
