Homework Offered
Practice is provided to learners after each new topic is introduced. The practice includes detailed answer keys for self-checking. Additionally, we will have about 5 minutes near the beginning of the following session for questions that came up while completing the practice. I'm available to answer questions by Outschool message between classes. I don't check or grade the homework individually.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Optional Google forms quizzes are provided at checkpoints during the class. These are self-checking. The scores do not come to me. The learner is able to see what the score is and what problems were missed along with the correct answers.Grades Offered
Learners should be enrolled in Pre-Algebra or above.
Students are required to bring a pencil and notebook paper (or write on a tablet/ipad). Additionally, students should have a calculator with them that is not the standard phone calculator. I highly recommend the TI 30XS Multiview for its use of square roots. Message me if you'd like a link to order it from Amazon (approximately $20). Students will need to download and/or print the provided pdf's I will share throughout the class.
